Solospheres Space: 1 bold step out of your spheres & back to you

Single or not. Here it doesn’t matter. This is a gentler space to Breathe. Be. Belong to yourself again.

The only thing guaranteed in life is change. Usually, we need to learn how to pause within it.

We go from single to partnered. Partnered to solo. Into motherhood, marriage, milestones, or mayhem.
Transitions are messy. Even joy can come with pressure. Juggling becomes burnout if you don’t come back to you now and again.

You can love your life—and still feel like you’ve vanished inside it.

This is your re-entry point.

A warm, peach-toned digital illustration of three diverse women in varying states of peaceful mediation and action. Celestial lines and star motifs surround them, creating a sense of calm and cosmic alignment. The word “SOLOSPHERES” appears boldly at the bottom, evoking the essence of coming back to you. This image represents the Solospheres Space — a place to step out of your spheres and come back to you.
A space to come back to you

Solospheres Space is a gentle container for those who resonate with our core values, but don’t identify as single—or are navigating a different season of life – menopause, retirement, widowhood etc. It’s also for those who’ve worked with me before and want to revisit from a new angle.

You’re allowed to love what you have and still want more. Often the key to come back to you is actually doing less. You just need a place to put it all down for a minute.

IThis is just one example. If you feel the weight of “having it all” this is for you. We will:

  • Identity fatigue and self-belonging – untangle the roles you hold from who you are
  • Creating room to exhale – without guilt, performance or pressure to be “productive”
  • Decision making to honour YOU – not just the people around you
  • Desire reclamation tools – remembering what you want, not just duties to be done
  • A space to offload – no fixing, no emotional labour debt, no need to perform insight
  • Micro-moments of bliss
  • Your invisible load – and the boundaries you need to hold it all differently
